Blog Management & Generation

Overview

The platform distinguishes between managing your blog connections and creating the actual content. These are handled by two separate tabs in the top navigation bar.

1. Blog Generator (Management Dashboard)

What it is: This screen acts as the "Control Center" for your blog integrations. It does not generate content itself; rather, it tracks which of your projects are connected to external CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento).

How to Use:

  1. Navigate: Click "Blog Generator" in the top navigation bar.

  2. The Grid View: You will see a list of your active projects with the following columns:

    • Project: The name of your website.

    • Website Type: The platform detected (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or Other).

    • Domain: The URL of the site.

    • Status: Shows if the site is Connected or Disconnected from Hotspot SEO.

    • Keywords Generate: A quick-action button to jump straight to content creation for that specific project.

  3. Purpose: Use this page to verify that your integrations are active before you attempt to publish articles.

2. AI Blog Generate (Content Wizard)

What it is: This is the creative engine where you actually write the articles. It uses a structured 4-step wizard to ensure high-quality output.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate: Click "AI blog generate" in the top navigation bar.

  2. Step 1: Target Keyword

    • Enter your primary topic or keywords (e.g., caffeine dependence).

  3. Step 2: Page Title

    • The AI will generate catchy, SEO-optimized title options based on your keywords.

    • Select the one that best fits your intent.

  4. Step 3: Intro Paragraph

    • The system generates a "Hook" (Introduction). Review it to ensure the tone matches your brand.

  5. Step 4: Headings & Generation

    • Outline: The AI proposes a structure with H2 and H3 tags.

    • Configuration:

      • Language: Select your target language (e.g., English).

      • Quantity: Choose how many versions to generate (Max 5).

    • Action: Click the Generate button.

Result: Once generated, you can copy the HTML content or, if your project status is "Connected" (see section 1), publish it directly to your site.
