Uptime Monitoring


Overview

Uptime Monitoring ensures your website is accessible to users 24/7. It pings your site at regular intervals and tracks the total duration it has been active.

The Uptime Dashboard

Access this view by clicking "Uptime Monitoring" in the top navigation bar. This screen provides a high-level summary of all your tracked projects.



Dashboard Columns:

  • Projects: Displays the project name and favicon.

  • Total Monitoring Time (Hours): A cumulative counter showing how long the system has been actively monitoring the site (e.g., 0 hrs for new projects).

  • Status: A visual badge indicating the current state.

    • OFF: Monitoring is disabled. No credits are consumed.

    • ON: Monitoring is active.


Configuring Uptime Monitoring & Alerts

To enable monitoring and set up alerts, you must access the project settings.

Step 1: Access Settings

  1. Navigate to the Uptime Monitoring dashboard.

  2. Click the project name and then "Please check your uptimesettings"

or

  1. Go to the main Dashboard and click the Gear Icon in your project(⚙️).

  2. Select the "Uptime Monitoring" tab (last tab on the right).

Step 2: Setup

  1. Enable: Toggle the switch to ON.

  2. Alerts: Enter the email address in the "Notification emails for uptime monitoring" field.

  3. Save: Click Save.

Step 3: Verify

Return to the Uptime Dashboard. The status column should now show a green ON badge, and the "Total Monitoring Time" timer will begin counting.
