Once projects are created, access them from the main dashboard:
From the main dashboard list, you can perform immediate actions without opening the full report:
Settings (Gear Icon): Open the configuration menu to update the domain, change crawl frequency, or delete the project.
Keyword Ranking: Jump directly to the rank tracker for this specific site.
Kanban View: Go straight to the task manager to see outstanding SEO tickets.
To manage an existing project, navigate to your Website List or Dashboard and click the Settings (Gear Icon) or the project name. You will see the "Update a Project" screen with five key tabs:
Purpose: Edit the fundamental details of your project.
Fields:
Protocol: Switch between HTTP/HTTPS (e.g., if you installed an SSL certificate after creating the project).
Domain: Update the URL (e.g., changing from example.com to www.example.com).
Project Name: Rename the project for your internal dashboard reference.
Purpose: Check your current ownership status or re-verify a project.
Use Case: Use this tab if your verification failed initially or if you accidentally removed the meta tag/DNS record and need to retrieve the code again.
Purpose: Control the auditing engine for this specific project.
Actions:
Trigger Scan: Manually start a new audit immediately (consumes credits).
Schedule: Set up automated weekly or monthly crawls.
Purpose: Configure how we check your website's availability.
Settings:
Status: If you want to keep this feature on or off.
Notifications: Enable email alerts for downtime events by providing an email.
Action: Permanently remove the project and all its historical data (Audits, Uptime logs, Reports).
Warning: This action is irreversible. If you delete a project, you will need to re-verify it to add it back.
